Event called "Mobility and Human Relations” European Commission's Eastern Partnership (FP) 4th Platform was held in Brussels, Belgium. National contact point on “Access to Finans” aspect, head of the Department of international relations of the Institute of Economy of ANAS, PhD in economy Rufat Efendiyev, took part in the training. The event was also attended by the delegation from the State Migration Service of Azerbaijan Republic, Ministry of Foreign Relations and Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan.
The aim of the event was to provide updated information about the main programs of European Comission, Erasmus+, Horizon 2020, Creative Europe. The event was attended by the representatives of Eastern Partnership countries, heads of different programs of EU (DG NEAR, DG RTD, DC EAC, DGEMPL) and other partners. Special attention was paid to the issues related to the mobility and education, youth, culture, research and innovation. Initiatives of European Comission in the field of youth, the main problems in sharing best practices in the field of youth, mobility, civic engagement and employment were identified and made recommendations. Issues related to the strategic priorities of Eastern Partnership were discussed within the new Framework Program of research and innovation – Horizon Europe in 2021-2027.
