Conference dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Eastern cooperation and the discussion of the new framework program in the field of research and innovation
The annual conference of the Eastern cooperation in research and innovation took place in Chisinau, the capital of the Republic of Moldova, and it was dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Eastern cooperation and the consideration of the new framework program in the field of research and innovation.
The conference was attended by delegations from various state and scientific structures.
President of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova - academician Jan Tigineanu, the Minister of education, culture and science - Liliana Nicolaescu-Onofrei, the Deputy Director General of the European commission - Sitne Ratso, the head of the EU delegation to Moldova – Peter Michalko, the Minister of health, labor and social protection – Alexander Volok made welcoming remarks at the opening ceremony of the conference.
Event was represented by the correspondent member of ANAS Namig Jalilov, Director of Shamakhi astrophysical Observatory named after Nasireddin Tusi, who presented detailed information on the topic " what Horizon_2020 can give to astronomy of Azerbaijan?Current state"; Fuad Novruzov head of the Nuclear Medicine Department of the National Oncology Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan who presented a report on "development of a strategy for diagnosis and therapy of cancer using radar tags as target nanobodies",
Event was also attended by Aytan Huseynova chief specialist of ANAS Presidium, National Contact Point on Nanotechnologies, advanced materials and advanced manufacturing and processes, Ilham Gumbatov Strategic Development Manager of Azerbaijan National Anti-Doping Agency, Samir Gamidov leading specialist of the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan, Elchin Huseyin Director of the Scientific Research Institute of Automation of Management Processes of Azerbaijan State Oil and Industrial University.
